Returns and refunds for poster orders

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be received by us within 21 days of the original delivery. Contact us via the Contact page to start a return.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom-printed or personalized posters may not be eligible unless there is a defect or error on our part. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost except where the return is due to our error.

Return Process

Contact us via the Contact page to request a return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items may be non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery by the customer, or are not in original packaging may be refused. Digital or downloadable products, if any, are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may return the item in accordance with this return policy. We may cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it (e.g. out of stock); in that case we will refund any amount already paid.

Refund Procedure

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing may take a few business days; the time until the refund appears on your account depends on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you when the refund has been processed. If you have not received the refund within a reasonable time, contact us.
